1. Who we are

Blueprint Broadband ("Blueprint," "we," "us") is a fiber broadband infrastructure company and a subsidiary of Mac Mountain LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information on blueprintbroadband.com (the "Site").

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through our contact form: your name, company, email address, approximate annual home closings, and the contents of your message. If you email us, we collect your email address and correspondence.

We also automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time on page) through server logs and Google Analytics.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and manage potential partnerships, operate and improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. How we share it

We may share information with Mac Mountain LLC and its affiliates, with service providers who support the Site (hosting, email, CRM) under confidentiality obligations, in connection with a corporate transaction, or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

The Site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the Site (for example, pages visited and session duration). We use this data in aggregate to improve the Site; Google's practices are described in its privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. The Site sets no advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. 7. Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is a business-to-business site not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
